Mother's Day

We wrote these fantastic poems dedicated to our wonderful and beloved mothers.

Mum, I love you very much

More than anything

I love you ever since

You put on that wedding ring

I hated how you put the tapes around the house.

I would run away, like a little mouse.

I love how you still love me.

Even when I ripped your clothes.

And also while you sleep I used to pinch your  nose.

But thank you, mum

for loving me no matter what I do.

But I am now the great person I am.

All because of you.

Mother, our most cherished loved one

Giving unlimited and loving care.

Your love is unconditional and support never dies.

You give food for us to eat and water for to drink.

No matter what happens  

You are always there to help.

Your smiles can brighten up any moment.

Your hugs put joy in all our days.

Hunter and I love you very much.

You help us when we're stuck with something.

But what we love most about you 

is that you are our Mum.

My mum is the only one I can really understand. 

I can basically tell her anything. 

Mum had a terrible life growing up.

Mum has been an inspiration 

All she’s ever wanted for me is to be what she never was.

Whenever she falls she gets right back up and that is amazing. We have a very complicated family and mum is always the one fixing it.

Mum raised me to be a mature young woman and she has got what she wanted.

Mum is kind, caring and supportive of me and my sister. 

I love her so much I couldn't ask for a better mother.

They make food to fill our tummies,

Mum, you buy me games,

Mothers are cool, mothers are special and they’ll always be there for you when you’re in need. Mothers they think you’re special.

Mum you have always been there when I fell over 

or ran into something or grazed my knee. 

My mum you always forgive me 

when I do something bad.

You let me have the freedom I want to, 

you remind me to do my chores, 

you remind me to get out of bed in the morning.

You are a great mother Mum. 

In my opinion you're the best in the world.

you went through suffering to do so

My Mum helps me whenever I’m in trouble

She always  cooks food whenever I’m hungry

She drives me to school when I’m late

She also reminds me to do my homework.

Sometimes we argue here and there 

but she always loves me.

Once I broke my ankle and she cared for me.

I also went to hospital, I don’t remember 

why I went there, but she cared.

I always love you, Mum even when we argue

You’re one year older than Dad

You give out hugs and kisses to my brother and I

You teach me how to cook

You also tell me what clothes for me to wear

She raised me to who I am.

She lets me play with my Xbox and PS4

You've been super helpful with my awful dyslexia which I hate

You go fishing with me with the absolutely perfect bait.

I love everything you've done for me in my whole entire life

Even when I do things that contain loads and loads of grief.

I always make sure your Mother's Day is absolutely perfect

You always thank me for trying to give you loads of respect.

You transferred me to a better and expensive school for a reason

Your favourite time of the year is your hibernating season.

I try my hardest to help you relax but for me that's a hard task

So I go ahead to go and do one thing I'm good at, always to ask.

I ask for your happiness but you just smile gently at me

There's one thing you always say to me nothing is free.

I lean on your shoulder but then you have to cook dinner

Mum you always wish for just be a lottery winner.
